We have been advising and training on the subject of European Works Councils since 2005. We have extensive experience providing advice and training to the EWCs of multinational companies based in the UK, Ireland, France, the United States and Japan.

We have unrivalled knowledge and understanding of the UK and Irish EWC legislation, as well as relevant caselaw, EWC agreements, and how European Works Councils actually operate in practice.

We work closely with trade unions where they are involved in a company’s European Works Council.  Where a trade union has members sitting on a European Works Council, we co-ordinate our approach to supporting the EWC with them.
