EWC Legal Advisers provide expert support and advice to European Works Councils on your legal rights in the UK and Ireland.
We advise European Works Councils on all aspects of the law regarding EWCs, including negotiations for an EWC agreement, whether you have been properly informed and consulted in accordance with the law, and what you can do if you believe your legal rights have been breached. We also advise on the implications of Brexit for your EWC.
If you decide you want to bring a legal complaint, we help you make an application, prepare your case and support you throughout the legal process.
Our costs are covered by the company as required by the EWC legislation.
We work with trade unions, and we only act for employees and employee representatives.
